We had 2 rooms for a pre-cruise stay, and we added on breakfast when placing the reservations. Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was fine. Shuttle from airport was a bit slow to arrive but the driver found a way to fit everyone who was waiting. The exceptional part of my stay was the day shift from desk staff, Jose. There was an incident where my phone fell down the elevator shaft and hour before leaving on our cruise. I knew there wasn't enough time for it to be retrieved before we left, but Jose assured me they would get it out and hold it for me. Six days later, I picked up my phone. Luckily my case and screen protector did their jobs and it was in perfect condition. Big shout out to Jose and staff who followed through on everything they promised. Who needs a phone on vacation anyway?!?

Very nice stay here. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower had good water pressure. I was iffy about staying near HOU thinking the hotel might be older and not kept. I was surprised. It was a great hotel and very nice place to stay. The room didn't smell stale either, I was fresh.

The entire staff was very helpful and nice. The airport shuttle was on time, no complaints . The only thing close (walking distance)was a gas station, no close restaurants in the area. We were not far from most major attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel we had an overall great experience.

This hotel was amazing! Great staff, exceptionally clean, rooms were very spacious, bathrooms were gorgeous, everything is very modern and smelled wonderful! The towels were super soft. Room service food was cooked fresh and tasted amazing so was the breakfast cooked to order the next morning .. will defiantly stay here again .. Paris would be proud lol

Booked the room as a Hilton honors guest. The room was comfy and pool very nice. Only reason for lower rating is breakfast not included. I grabbed a coffee and muffin in the morning before I flew out and they asked if I was dining in, I said no just going back to my room to get ready. When I went to leave they said I needed to pay for breakfast. What kind of Hilton doesn’t include a basic breakfast. They should be more clear that nothing is included. After speaking with the manager she agreed to comp the breakfast. Not a good way to start the day. They should inform guest of the fee when checking in.

This is a nice hotel that's very close to Hobby airport, and they provide free shuttle service! Everyone we encountered during our 1 night stay was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. This will be my go-to hotel when flying out of Hobby airport.

Lmae at the front desk, listened to my issues with Hilton, bought us dinner! She is blessed!!!!! Taylor!!!! is brilliant and she loves crossword puzzles. It's Christmas everyday @ Hilton Garden Inn Houston Hobby!! Robert at the front desk, so blessed and shared so much with me and is a Saint! Apple, came and introduced herself and directed me where to get help with my Hilton issue.

The rooms are clean and modern. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space to move around. The location is fantastic if you are flying out of the Hobby airport! Housekeeping is available upon request, and they do a great job when it’s requested. I would stay here again!
